Q-KON’s focus is to ensure all our core networks exceed 99,95% availability. With full network redundancy and proactive monitoring backed by trained and certified engineering services teams, we are proud of our industry credibility and continued customer compliments for service delivery and network uptime. We provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the network and remote terminals while our customers perform 1st line monitoring and end-user support services.

Engineering certification


We constantly expand and broaden the skills and expertise of our engineers and we are proud of our association with the Global VSAT Forum GVF who provide most valuable training. In addition, our engineers also complete the recommended iDirect network and systems training. Currently we have 10 trained and certified GVF engineers and 4 certified iDirect engineers.

Africa footprint


To ensure continued service delivery anywhere in Africa, we service our South African and African customers in partnership with our in-country Service Partners.
